Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulation 7 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Taxation Administration Regulations 2007 as a consequence of the commencement of section 29(1) of the State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2009.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 136 of the Taxation Administration Act 1997.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 March 2010.
4Revocation of regulation 7
Regulation 7 of the Taxation Administration Regulations 2007[1] is revoked.
5Revocation of Schedule 2
Schedule 2 to the Taxation Administration Regulations 2007 is revoked.
