Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is—
(a)to provide for fees for the commencement of proceedings at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008; and
(b)to clarify fees for the commencement of other proceedings at the Tribunal.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.
3Scale of fees amended
In Part A of the Table to regulation 4 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001[1]—
(a)after item 1(g) insert—
"(ga)Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 sections 122, 204;
(gb)Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 section 23A;";
(b)in items 2(2)(f) and 4(zzp) omit "79,";
(c)after item 4(zzv) insert—
"(zzva)Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 section 207;";
(d)in item 6(c) omit "79,";
(e)in item 7, for "25∙8 fee units" substitute "25∙7 fee units".
