Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2010
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to make further provision for the issue of infringement notices under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 76 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992.
3Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2
(1)In column 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2004[1]—
(a)for "010" substitute "1";
(b)for "020" substitute "2";
(c)for "030" substitute "3".
(2)In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2004, after the item relating to section 49(4) of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 insert—
"4 52AA Producer sells or offers to sell contaminated agricultural produce 5 67A(1) Non-compliance with a condition of an authority".
