Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2010

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2008 to extend the term of appointment of members of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2008[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

4Appointment of members of Foundation

For regulation 4(2) of the Principal Regulations substitute

"(2)The appointments under subregulations (1)(a)(i) and (1)(c)(i) are for the period ending 31 March 2011.

(3)The appointments under subregulation (1)(a)(ii) and (iii), and subregulation (1)(b), (c)(ii), (d) and (e) are for the period ending 30 June 2011.".
