Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to provide for an increase in the income threshold where an annual fee for the administration of an estate is payable under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 2 August 2010.

4Annual fees

In regulation 5(1) of the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008[1] for "$635" (wherever occurring) substitute "$651".
