Cemeteries and Crematoria Amendment Regulations 2010

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Cemeteries and Crematoria Regulations 2005 as a result of the enactment of the HealthPractitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009, which implements the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as a law in Victoria.

2Authorising provision

The Regulations are made under section 180 of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003.

3Schedule 4

In Schedule 4 of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Regulations 2005[1] for "Medical Practice Act 1994" substitute—

"Health Practitioner Regulation National Law".
