Health Services (Supported Residential Services) Amendment Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to make amendments to the Health Services (Supported Residential Services) Regulations 2001 as a result of the enactment of the HealthPractitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009, which implements the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as a law in Victoria.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 158 of the Health Services Act 1988.
3Personal care co-ordinator
For regulation 33(5) of the Health Services (Supported Residential Services) Regulations 2001[1] substitute—
"(5)Despite subregulation (2), a person may be employed as a personal care co-ordinator if the person is—
(a)a registered medical practitioner; or
(b)registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law—
(i)to practice in the nursing and midwifery profession as a nurse (other than as a midwife or as a student); and
(ii)in the registered nurses division of that profession.".
