Court Security Amendment Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Court Security Regulations 2004—
(a)to prescribe the Children's Court of Victoria, and the Principal registrar of that court, as a court and clerk; and
(b)to omit the Legal Profession Tribunal and the Registrar of that tribunal, from the Schedule of prescribed courts and clerks.
2Authorising provision
These regulations are made under section 6 of the Court Security Act 1980.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2010.
4Schedule 2 substituted
For Schedule 2 to the Court Security Regulations 2004[1] substitute—
