Children, Youth and Families Further Amendment Regulations 2010

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 to be consistent with amendments made by Part 9 of the Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2010.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 600 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.

3Form 1 of Schedule 6 amended

(1)In Form 1 of Schedule 6 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007[1] for "*The registrar has cancelled the infringement notice under Part 3" substitute "*The Court has cancelled the infringement notice under Part 3".

(2)In Form 1 of Schedule 6 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007, before "*Delete if not applicable." insert

"*An infringement notice has been reviewed under Division 3 of Part 2 of the Infringements Act 2006 and advice of the outcome of the review has been served on the child under section 24(3) of that Act.

4Form 2 of Schedule 6 amended

In Form 2 of Schedule 6 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 in paragraph (i) omit ", having regard to the time when the offence is alleged to have been committed".
