Alpine Resorts (Management) Amendment Regulations 2011

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009 to increase the maximum fee payable for a cross country ski trail authority for a child.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 57 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 15 April 2011.

4Fees for cross country ski trail authority

In column 3 of the Schedule to the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009[1], in item 3, for "$5.96" substitute "$6.09".
