Country Fire Authority Amendment Regulations 2011

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004 to increase the fees and charges for—

(a)emergency attendances by brigades; and

(b)the monitoring of fire alarm systems.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 110 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2011.

4Increase in fees for emergency attendances

In regulation 97(2) of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004[1]—

(a)in paragraph (a), for "$361.26" substitute "$369.39";

(b)in paragraph (b), for "$267.35" substitute "$273.37";

(c)in paragraph (c), for "$152.07" substitute "$155.49".

5Increase in charges for monitoring fire alarm systems

In regulation 99 of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004—

(a)in paragraph (a), for "$252.27" substitute "$257.95";

(b)in paragraph (b), for "$175.62" substitute "$179.57".
