Road Safety (Traffic Management) and (Drivers) Amendment Regulations 2011
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

PART 1—PRELIMINARY
1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (Traffic Regulations) Regulations 2009 and the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations to update references to the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 and the Transport Integration Act 2010.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

PART 2—AMENDMENTS TO THE ROAD SAFETY (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2009
3Definition
In regulation 4 of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009[1], in the definition of VicRoads, for "established under Part II of the Transport Act 1983" substitute "within the meaning of section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010".
4Erection of road closure signs
In the example at the foot of regulation 14 of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009, for "the Southern and Eastern Integrated Transport Authority" substitute "VicRoads".
5Exercise of traffic management powers and functions
In regulation 22(1)(a) of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009, for "Transport Act 1983" substitute "Transport Integration Act 2010".
6Exemptions for races
In regulation 27(3)(b) of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009, for "Transport Act 1983" substitute "Transport Integration Act 2010".
7Exemptions for highway collections
In regulation 29(3)(b) of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009, for "Transport Act 1983" substitute "Transport Integration Act 2010".

8Offences which disqualify drivers from licence renewal fee reductions
In Schedule 4 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009[2], for "Transport Act 1983" substitute "Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983".
