Electricity Safety (Installations) Amendment (Fee) Regulations 2011

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 2009 to increase the authorised amount for certain certificates of electrical safety.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 152 and 157 of the Electricity Safety Act 1998.

3Authorised amount—certificates of electrical safety

In regulation 255 of the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 2009[1]—

(a)in paragraph (d), for "$6.50" substitute "$6.60"; and

(b)in paragraph (e), for "$7.10" substitute "$7.25".
