Magistrates' Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Interim Amendment Regulations 2011

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Magistrates' Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Interim Regulations 2011 to reflect the repeal of the Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008 and the commencement of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 5 September 2011.

4Amendment

For regulation 6(i) of the Magistrates' Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Interim Regulations 2011[1] substitute—

"(i)proceedings under the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010;".
