1      Citation

This Regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Amendment (Midwife Insurance Exemption) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published by the
Victorian Government Printer.

3      Amendment of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation

The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation is amended by omitting “30 June 2012” from clause 29 and inserting instead “30 June 2013”.
