Transport Accident Amendment Regulations 2011

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke certain prescribed forms in the Transport Accident Regulations 2007.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 132 of the Transport Accident Act 1986.

3Regulation 9 revoked

Regulation 9 of the Transport Accident Regulations 2007[1] is revoked.

4Forms 4, 5 and 6 revoked

In the Schedule to the Transport Accident Regulations 2007, Forms 4, 5 and 6 are revoked.
