The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005 and the Gambling Regulation (Commercial Raffle Organisers) Regulations 2006 to reflect the change of name of the National Institute of Accountants to the Institute of Public Accountants.
2Authorising provision
These regulations are made under section 11.2.1 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003.
3Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005—Return in respect of bingo
In regulation 66(3)(b)(ii) of the Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005[1], for "National Institute of Accountants" substitute "Institute of Public Accountants".
4Gambling Regulation (Commercial Raffle Organisers) Regulations 2006—Auditing of accounts and financial statements
In regulation 10(b) of the Gambling Regulation (Commercial Raffle Organisers) Regulations 2006[2], for "National Institute of Accountants" substitute "Institute of Public Accountants".
