These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 1 January 2012 because the authorising provisions in the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982, No. 9772/1982 were repealed by section 799 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010, No. 10/2010.
