Children, Youth and Families Amendment Regulations 2012

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 in relation to infringement notices and certain CAYPINS forms.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 600 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 29 May 2012.

4Infringement notice

In regulation 38(a) of the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007[1], after "Schedule 3" insert "and Schedule 4".

5Schedule 6—CAYPINS Form 1

In Form 1 of Schedule 6 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007, for "Informant's Name—" substitute "Title or name of issuing officer—".

6Schedule 6—CAYPINS Form 5

In Form 5 of Schedule 6 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007, for "Informant's Name—" substitute "Title or name of issuing officer—".
