Subordinate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2012

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the name and address of the prescribed bookshop in the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3Prescribed bookshop

In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004[1], for "Information Victoria, 505 Little Collins Street, Melbourne" substitute "Victorian Government Bookshop, Level 20, 80 Collins Street, Melbourne".
