Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2012
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009 to include the Victorian Multicultural Commission in the list of prescribed authorities specified in Part 2 of the Schedule.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
3Amendment to the Schedule
In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009[1], after "Victorian Council of the Arts" insert "Victorian Multicultural Commission".
