Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2013

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2012 to ensure the definition of Commercial List aligns with changes to the organisation of that List which will commence in 2013.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986.

3Definitions

In regulation 5 of the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2012[1], for the definition of Commercial List substitute—

"Commercial List means the judge managed lists of the Commercial Court, excluding the Corporations List;".
