Court Security Amendment Regulations 2013

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Court Security Regulations 2004 to—

(a)prescribe the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission, and the Commissioner, as a court and clerk of that court respectively;

(b)prescribe the Victorian Inspectorate, and the Inspector, as a court and clerk of that court respectively;

(c)omit the Director of Police Integrity from Schedule 2 to those Regulations.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 6 of the Court Security Act 1980.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 10 February 2013.

4Schedule 2 substituted

For Schedule 2 to the Court Security Regulations 2004[1], substitute
