The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012 as a result of amendments to the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 105 of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988.
3Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
4Heading to Part 3
For the heading to Part 3 of the Principal Regulations, substitute—
"PART 3—SUSPENSION OF MARINE LICENCES".
5Heading to regulation 13
In the heading to regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations, substitute—
"Notice of immediate marine licence suspension".
