The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 to revoke the prescription of certain offences against marine safety law as transport safety infringements as a consequence of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 228ZZPB of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983.
3Revocation of prescription of certain offences as transport safety infringements
Items 10 to 18 of Schedule 5 to the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010[1] are revoked.
