Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Further Amendment Regulations 2013
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013—
(a)to prescribe further offences against a relevant law for which an infringement notice may be served; and
(b)to prescribe the infringement penalties for those offences.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 23 September 2013.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Forests
After item 74 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations insert—
"75 An offence against section 57E of the Forests Act 1958 In the case of a natural person, 3 penalty units. In the case of a body corporate, 10 penalty units". 6Land
(1)After item 1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations insert—
"1A An offence against section 140H of the Land Act 1958 In the case of a natural person, 3 penalty units. In the case of a body corporate, 10 penalty units". (2)After item 35 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations insert—
"35A An offence against section 21A of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 In the case of a natural person, 3 penalty units. In the case of a body corporate, 10 penalty units".
7National Parks
For items 5 to 42 of Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations substitute—
"5 An offence against section 27C of the National Parks Act 1975 In the case of a natural person, 3 penalty units. 8 Wildlife
(1)After item 1 of Schedule 7 to the Principal Regulations insert—
"1A An offence against section 21A of the Wildlife Act 1975 In the case of a natural person, 3 penalty units. In the case of a body corporate, 10 penalty units". (2)In item 19 of Schedule 7 to the Principal Regulations, for "10 penalty units" substitute "3 penalty units".
(3)In item 46 of Schedule 7 to the Principal Regulations, for "Advance" substitute "Advanced".
