Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2013

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006 to prescribe additional areas of land to be a specified race-course for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 36 of the Racing Act 1958.

3Schedule amended

In the Schedule to the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006[1], after item 31 insert—

"Item 31A—Healesville Sporting Complex

The area of land described in Volume 09457 Folio 651.".
