Subordinate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014 to update the address of the prescribed bookshop for the purposes of section 20(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3Prescribed bookshop

In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014[1], for "Unit 13, 18 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne" substitute "85 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne".
