Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Amendment Regulations 2015

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe V/Line Pty Ltd as a body to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3Addition of prescribed agency

In regulation 4 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2014[1]—

(a)in paragraph (b), for "056)." substitute "056);";

(b)after paragraph (b) insert—

"(c)V/Line Pty Ltd

(A.C.N. 087 425 269).".
