Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006 to prescribe an additional area of land to be a specified race-course for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 36 of the Racing Act 1958.

3Schedule amended

After item 51 of the Schedule to the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006[1] insert—

"Item 51A—Pakenham Racecourse, Tynong

The area of land described in Volume 11377 Folio 901.".
