Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2013 to amend references in relation to prescribed fees for the commencement of proceedings under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.

3Amendments to Schedule 1

In Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2013[1]—

(a)in item 1.6 in column 2 omit "(2)";

(b)in item 5 in column 2 omit "(2)".
