section 245 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as applied by the law of the States

and Territories.

1      Citation

This Regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law

Amendment (Midwife Insurance Exemption) Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published by the Victorian

Government Printer.

3      Amendment of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation

Clause 29 Transition period in relation to professional indemnity insurance arrangement for midwives practising private midwifery

Omit “30 June 2015”. Insert instead “31 December 2016”.
