Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009 by removing the reference to the Anti-Cancer Council Victoria from the list of agencies specified in Schedule 3 to those Regulations.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2015.

4Amendment to Schedule 3

Item 10 of Schedule 3 to the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009[1] is revoked.
