Water Industry (Reservoir Parks Land) Amendment Regulations 2016

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Water Industry (Reservoir Parks Land) Regulations 2014 to reduce the fees for the use of specified campsites in the Upper Yarra Reservoir Park.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 136 and 184 of the Water Industry Act 1994.

3Fees for use of certain facilities

In regulation 6(2) of the Water Industry (Reservoir Parks Land) Regulations 2014[1]—

(a)in paragraph (a), for "2.86" substitute "2.06";

(b)in paragraph (b), for "2.57" substitute "1.85";

(c)in paragraph (c), for "2.71" substitute "1.96".
