Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 to prescribe certain offences to be infringement offences under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria).

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 54 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013.

3Schedule amended—Infringements—Prescribed offences

(1)After item 14 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013[1] insert—

"14AAn offence against section 87A(1) of the National Law.".

(2)After item 52 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"52AAn offence against section 153A(1) of the National Law.".

(3)After item 148 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"148AAn offence against section 307(3) of the National Law.".

(4)After item 151 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"151AAn offence against section 312(3) of the National Law.".

(5)After item 156 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"156AAn offence against section 324A(2) of the National Law.".

(6)After item 160 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"160AAn offence against section 341(7) of the National Law.".

(7)After item 194 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert—

"194AAn offence against section 531(4) of the National Law.".
