Children, Youth and Families Amendment (Bail) Regulations 2016
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 to reflect amendments made to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 by the Bail Amendment Act 2016.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 600 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 2 May 2016.
4Regulation 19 amended
(1)In regulation 19(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007[1] omit "section 346(4)(b) and".
(2)At the foot of regulation 19(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 insert—
"Note
See also section 12(1A)(b) of the Bail Act 1977.".
5Schedule 3 amended
In Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007, for "Sections 346(4)(b) and 347(1)" substitute "Section 347(1)".
