1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 to make consequential amendments as a result of the commencement of the Transport (Buses, Taxi‑Cabs and Other Commercial Passenger Vehicles) Regulations 2016.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 26 June 2016.
