Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2017

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011 to provide for an additional term of appointment for a member of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 July 2017.

4Appointment of members of Foundation

(1)In regulation 5(1)(b)(iv) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011[1], for "Mr Nick Green," substitute "Mr Nicholas Green,".

(2)In regulation 5(6) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011, for "1 July 2014 and ending on 30 June 2017" substitute "1 July 2017 and ending on 30 June 2020".
