Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2017

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2013 consequential to the commencement of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Regulations 2017.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 76 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

23 July 2017.

4Schedule

(1)In the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2013[1], for "2007" substitute "2017".

(2)For Part 2 of the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2013 substitute—

"Part 2—Offences against the Regulations
