Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Amendment Regulations 2017

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2014 to prescribe Agriculture Victoria Services Pty Ltd as a body to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act1992.

3Prescribed agencies

In regulation 4 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2014[1]—

(a)in paragraph (c), for "269)." substitute "269);";

(b)after paragraph (c) insert—

"(d)Agriculture Victoria Services Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 006 598 198).".
