Board of Studies (Amendment) Act

The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Board of
Studies Act 1993 to expand the objective of the
Board to provide for guidelines and procedures to
be developed for courses for students outside

Victoria.

2. Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3. Amendment of the Board of Studies' objective

No. 22/1993

In section 5 of the Board of Studies Act 1993— as amended
by Nos

(a) for "procedures for" substitute "procedures	31/1994 and
about"; and	104/1995.

( b) after "12" insert " and to provide for

students outside Victoria taking courses from

the preparatory year to year 12".
