WESTERN AUSTRALIAN TROTTING ASSOCIATION
By-laws
Notice of Amendment

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Committee of the Western Australian Trotting Association held at Gloucester Park, East Perth, on the 15th day of June 1993, it was resolved by an absolute majority of members of the Committee that the By-laws for the Western Australian Trotting Association be amended as follows—

Amend By-law 4, paragraph 3—

Present Wording

"No person shall be a candidate for election as a member of the committee if he is not a member and all his subscriptions paid up to the date of nomination or if being a member he will be over the age of seventy (70) years on the date upon which nomination for election to the committee closes. A member of the committee who ceases to be a member shall ipso facto vacate his office".

Amended Wording

"No person shall be a candidate for election as a member of the Committee if they are not a member and all their subscriptions paid up to the date of nomination. A member of the committee who ceases to be a member shall ipso facto vacate their office."
