BUSSELTON WATER BOARD
Busselton Water Area Bylaws

In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the abovementioned Act, the Busselton Water Board hereby records having resolved on the 15 September 1997 to amend its Busselton Water Area Bylaws, as follows-

(i) By adding a new Bylaw 28(aa) after Bylaw 28(a) to read—

Within the Busselton Water Area the Standard Water Charge and the Water Consumption

(ii) Amend Bylaw 29 by deleting the word "January" wherever it appears and including in it's place the word "July".
