AN ACT to repeal the Unleaded Petrol Act 1984.

[Assented to 12 December 1995.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Unleaded Petrol Repeal Act

Unleaded Petrol Repeal Act 1995

Commencement

2.     This Act comes into operation on such day as is fixed by

proclamation.

Repeal

3. The Unleaded Petrol Act 1984 is repealed.
