AMENDING BY-LAWS

It is hereby notified that the Governor in Executive Council, acting under the provisions of section 16B of the University of Western Australia Act 1911, has approved The University of Western Australia Lands By-Laws Amendment 2015 as set out in the attached schedule.

THE UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA LANDS BY-LAWS AMENDMENT 2015

The Senate of The University of Western Australia resolved on 24 August 2015 to approve in pursuance of the University of Western Australia Act 1911, the following amendments to The University of Western Australia Lands By-Laws, for the purpose of regulating the terms and conditions on which those lands may be visited or used and the conduct of persons when on those lands.

Insert after item 42 in the First Schedule—

"41 Broadway

43. Lot 400 on Plan 2948 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2014 Folio 76."
