It is hereby notified that the Governor in Executive Council, acting under the provisions of Section 16B of the University of Western Australia Act 1911, has approved amendments to The University of Western Australia Lands By-Laws as set out in the attached schedule. THE UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA LANDS BY-LAWS

The University of Western Australia, in pursuance of the University of Western Australia Act 1911, hereby makes the following amendments to The University of Western Australia Lands By-Laws, for the purpose of regulating the terms and conditions under which those lands may be visited or used and the conduct of persons when on those lands—

FIRST SCHEDULE

1. PART 1 is amended—

(a) TRINITY by replacing 3 and 4 with the following— comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 280, Folio 5A and Lot 19 on Diagram 23550 which is comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1261, Folio 386.

and
(b) by renumbering 5 to 15 inclusive as 4 to 14.
2. PART 2 is amended—

(a) by renumbering 16 to 41 inclusive as 15 to 40;

(b)	by replacing the heading ARRAS STREET AND MONASH AVENUE above new 18 with ORAL HALTH CENTRE OF WA AND CHILD CARE CENTRE 5 TO 7 MONASH AVENUE; and
(c)	by amending the heading YULE BROOK RESERVE above new 34 to read ALISON BAIRD RESERVE.
