AN ACT to amend section thirty-seven of the

University of Western Australia Act, 1911-1970.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the University Short title and citation

of Western Australia Act Amendment Act, 1973.

(2) In this Act the University of Western Australia Act, 1911-1970, is referred to as the	Reprinted
Acts.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the University of Western Australia Act, 1911-1973.

Commence-	2.	This Act shall come into operation on the first
ment.

day of January, 1974.

Section 37	3.	Section 37 of the principal Act is amended
amended.

(a) by deleting paragraph (a); and

(b) by deleting the word "additional" in line one of paragraph (b).
