AN ACT to amend the University of Western

Australia Act, 1911-1947.

[Assented to 13th October, 1955.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the University 23.11=n

of Western Australia Act Amendment Act, 1955.

(2) In this Act, the University of Western Aus-

tralia Act, 1911-1947,

Act No. 37 of 1911 as amended by Acts Nos. 23 of 1917, 17 of 1929, 43 of 1944 and 40 of 1947,

is referred to as the principal Act

No. 3.] University of Western Australia. [ 1955.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the University of Western Australia Act, 1911-1955.
