His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved the following By-law under the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989 made by the Council of the University of Technology, Sydney.

Explanatory note

The object of this By-law is to amend the University of Technology, Sydney, By-law 1995 as a consequence of the change of title of a senior officer of UTS from Executive Director, University Administration to Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) and Vice-President.

This By-law is made under the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989, including section 28 (the general by-law making power and, in particular, section 28 (1) (a)) .
