I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 1990 as the day on which section 9 of that Act commences.
